binoplus is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every Filipino player who uses our platform. We understand that trust is the foundation of any relationship between a gaming platform and its players, and that trust begins with being honest and transparent about how personal information is handled.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal data collected by binoplus through the binoplus.org website, any associated mobile interfaces, and any other digital touchpoints operated by binoplus. It governs data collected from registered Players, visitors who browse the Platform without registering, and individuals who contact binoplus through any support channel.

binoplus operates in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as enforced by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. We are also subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations regarding player data management and anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.

By accessing or using the binoplus Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Privacy Policy, binoplus is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) responsible for the personal data collected through the binoplus Platform.

As a Personal Information Controller, binoplus determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data privacy laws. binoplus collects the following categories of personal data, depending on how you interact with the Platform:

3.1 Registration & Account Data

• Full legal name
• Date of birth (to verify the 21+ age requirement)
• Residential address (including city — e.g., Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati)
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Username and encrypted password
• Preferred language and currency (Philippine Peso / ₱)

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or equivalent)
• Proof of address documents (utility bills, bank statements from BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, or barangay certificates)
• Selfie or live photo for identity confirmation
• Source of funds documentation where required by PAGCOR or AMLC regulations

3.3 Financial & Transaction Data

• Deposit and withdrawal transaction records
• Payment method details (GCash account reference, PayMaya reference, bank account details for BPI, BDO, Metrobank — stored in tokenized or masked form)
• Transaction amounts, dates, and statuses
• Wallet balance history

3.4 Gaming Activity Data

• Game session records (games played, wagers placed, outcomes, winnings)
• Bonus and promotion usage history
• Responsible gaming tool settings (deposit limits, self-exclusion status)

3.5 Technical & Usage Data

• IP address and approximate geolocation
• Device type, operating system, and browser information
• Session timestamps and duration
• Pages visited and features used on the Platform
• Referral source and marketing attribution data

3.6 Communications Data

• Support chat transcripts and email correspondence
• Feedback and survey responses
• Marketing communication preferences

binoplus collects personal data through the following means:

• Directly from you: When you register an account, complete KYC verification, make deposits or withdrawals, contact our support team, or respond to surveys and promotions.
• Automatically: Through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies when you browse or use the binoplus Platform. See Section 10 for full details on our cookie practices.
• From third-party payment processors: When you transact via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, we receive transaction confirmation data from these payment providers to verify and process your deposits and withdrawals.
• From identity verification providers: binoplus may use third-party KYC service providers to assist with identity verification. These providers process your identification documents on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
• From regulatory bodies: In certain circumstances, binoplus may receive information from PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine regulatory authorities as part of our compliance obligations.

binoplus uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

binoplus will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without first obtaining your explicit consent or as otherwise required by Philippine law.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, binoplus processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfill our obligations under the binoplus Terms & Conditions, including account management, payment processing, and game provision.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including PAGCOR licensing conditions, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), and the Data Privacy Act itself.
• Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for binoplus's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — primarily for marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

binoplus does not sell your personal data. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, to the extent necessary to process your financial transactions.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party service providers engaged to assist with identity verification and document authentication, operating under data processing agreements with binoplus.
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government bodies, where disclosure is required by law or regulatory obligation.
• Law enforcement: Philippine law enforcement agencies, where binoplus is legally required or compelled to disclose information in connection with a lawful investigation or court order.
• Technology and infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and platform technology providers who process data on binoplus's behalf under strict contractual data protection obligations.
• Game content providers: Third-party game studios whose games are available on the binoplus Platform may receive limited session data necessary to operate their games. These providers are contractually prohibited from using this data for any other purpose.

binoplus retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AMLA record-keeping obligations.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR regulations.
• Gaming activity records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the gaming session, or longer where required by regulatory obligations.
• Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless the matter relates to an ongoing dispute or regulatory inquiry.
• Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to any overriding legal retention requirements.
• Technical and usage data: Typically retained in identifiable form for up to twelve (12) months, after which it may be anonymized and retained for analytical purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, binoplus will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

binoplus implements comprehensive technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. Our security measures include:

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and the binoplus Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.
• Encryption at rest: Sensitive personal data stored on binoplus servers is encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols.
• Access controls: Access to personal data is restricted to binoplus personnel and authorized service providers who have a legitimate need to access it. All access is logged and audited.
• Password security: Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. binoplus staff cannot view your password in plain text.
• Penetration testing: binoplus conducts regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Incident response: binoplus maintains a data breach response plan. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, binoplus will notify the NPC and affected Players in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

binoplus uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. The following types of cookies are used on binoplus:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect against fraud. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies: Remember your preferences (such as language settings and responsible gaming tool configurations) to provide a more personalized experience.
• Analytics cookies: Collect anonymized data about how Players use the Platform, helping binoplus identify areas for improvement. This data does not identify individual users.
• Marketing cookies: Used to deliver relevant promotional content to Players who have consented to receive marketing communications from binoplus. These are only activated with your consent.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by binoplus. You may exercise any of these rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer (see Section 14):

binoplus will respond to all data subject rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it. Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations where binoplus has overriding legal obligations — for example, we cannot delete financial transaction records that we are required to retain under AMLA.

The binoplus Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. binoplus does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If binoplus becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question to the extent permitted by law, and take appropriate action in accordance with our regulatory obligations.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor the online activities of minors in their care and to use appropriate parental control tools to prevent access to gaming platforms. If you believe a minor has registered on binoplus, please contact our support team immediately.

binoplus reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, binoplus will:

• Post the updated Privacy Policy on the binoplus Platform with a revised effective date.
• Where practicable, notify registered Players by email or in-platform notification of significant changes.

Your continued use of the binoplus Platform after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the Platform and may request closure of your account.

binoplus recommends that Players review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed of how their personal data is being handled. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the Policy was last updated.
