binoplus Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the binoplus website at binoplus.org, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the binoplus Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the binoplus Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game available on the binoplus Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by binoplus to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by binoplus and applicable regulations before certain account actions, including withdrawals, may be processed.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that oversees gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a Player's binoplus Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

By accessing the binoplus Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the binoplus Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access the binoplus Platform, including desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets. Access via mobile browsers or any future binoplus application is equally subject to these Terms.

binoplus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the binoplus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. binoplus does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of binoplus, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the binoplus Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

binoplus reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by binoplus may result in Account suspension or closure.

To access real-money gaming features on binoplus, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) binoplus Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. binoplus will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify binoplus immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security. Contact our support team as soon as possible in such circumstances.
• Account Verification (KYC): binoplus is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Closure: binoplus reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

All financial transactions on the binoplus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• binoplus accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at binoplus's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your binoplus Wallet instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard banking processing times.
• binoplus does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
• binoplus reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder. binoplus does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• A fully completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw funds until verification is complete.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the binoplus Wallet section. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• binoplus aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• binoplus reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request.

binoplus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• binoplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to Players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses, engaging in bonus abuse, or using strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements will have their bonus forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
• binoplus reserves the right to determine what constitutes bonus abuse at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering and withdrawal conditions.

All games available on the binoplus Platform are operated in accordance with the following principles:

• Certified RNG: All non-live games on binoplus use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. RNG systems are subject to regular independent testing and certification.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time from licensed studio environments. All live game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to electronic manipulation.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each game on binoplus has a published theoretical Return to Player percentage. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a Wager, binoplus reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. binoplus's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection Policy: If a Player is disconnected during a game round, binoplus's system will complete the round according to the game's rules. The outcome will be recorded and the Player's Wallet updated accordingly upon reconnection.
• Game Rules: Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing Wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the binoplus Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the binoplus Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the binoplus Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including but not limited to card counting in live games where such conduct is prohibited by game rules.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your binoplus Wallet in bad faith.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing binoplus staff, live dealers, or other Players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the binoplus Platform, including but not limited to the binoplus name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive intellectual property of binoplus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the binoplus Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the binoplus Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any binoplus content.
• Use any binoplus trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the binoplus Platform.

Any unauthorized use of binoplus intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, binoplus's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that Player's binoplus Wallet at the time the claim arises.

binoplus shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service beyond binoplus's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account due to the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit binoplus's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

binoplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. Gaming on binoplus is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or addressing personal or financial difficulties.

binoplus provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing, during which they will not be able to access the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gaming may request self-exclusion from the binoplus Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Player's Account will be suspended and they will not receive any marketing communications from binoplus.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.
• binoplus does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Personal data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by Philippine law.
• Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to binoplus's legal retention obligations.

binoplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, binoplus will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Player's Account.

Amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the binoplus Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

binoplus recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last updated.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and binoplus, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact the binoplus support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

binoplus's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, Account actions, and Platform rules are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
